Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nur Studio. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.


1. No Returns on Used or Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.
Please make sure to review product details carefully before purchasing.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order

If these conditions are not met, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or opened items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized orders


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)

  3. If the issue persists, contact us directly


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are damaged

  • They are defective

  • You received the wrong item

We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind.


8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if:

  • They have not been processed or shipped

  • You contact us quickly after placing the order

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
